Soccer - The American Family's Saturday Morning Past time

Crisp spring mornings, kids frantically running, overly competitive dads taking out their week-long, cubicle-induced frustrations (guilty as charged) - soccer season has begun and I love it!
Despite the fact that some parents take it as a life-time referendum on themselves if their kids don't perform to order, it is the American way to need to win. Sport has clearly become an American Idol, but we are slowly awakening to our need for Christ to be exalted amid our enjoyment of it (e.g., Tim Tebow and others).
So Caroline as your begin your soccer career - praise God when you win and praise God when you lose. As you'll find out, hopefully sooner than later, it's all about Him anyway.
